Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of leadership, discipline and motivation on employee performance in the distributor sector at PT. Citra Intirama . The object of this research is the employees of PT. Citra Intirama. This research was conducted on 90 employees of PT.Citra Intirama. The research method used is causal research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Motivation Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kedisiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bidang distributor di PT. Citra Intirama. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Citra Intirama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 90 orang karyawan PT. Citra Intirama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation model dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.
