Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and job promotion on employee performance. The population in this study was 82 employees of PT Cometindo Mitra Inti. The sample in this study were 52 employees. The data collection method was survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. To test the validity of this study the authors used statistical calculation tools generated by the SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) program. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be proven from the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial testing (t test). Keyword : Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Job Promotion, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 82 karyawan PT Cometindo Mitra Inti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 52 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Untuk menguji validitas dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan bantu perhitungan statistik yang dihasilkan oleh program SEM PLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) dan pengujian secara parsial (Uji t). Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen organisasi, Promosi Jabatan, Kinerja
