Abstract
ABSTRAK Pelumasan rantai yang dilakukan oleh operator pada mesin tunnel oven conveyor memakan waktu yang cukup lama dikarenakan ukuran tunnel oven yang cukup panjang. Operator harus melumasi tiap roller chain conveyor sehingga jam kerja menjadi tidak efisien dan pelumasan menjadi tidak efektif karena operator cenderung lelah dan seringkali terjadi masalah lain pada saat yang bersamaan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut maka dibuatlah suatu perancangan sistem otomatis pelumas rantai berbasis IoT. Perancangan ini bersifat prototipe yang bertujuan agar operator dapat memangkas waktu pelumasan pada rantai conveyor sehingga operator dapat melakukan pekerjaan yang lain dan pelumasan tetap berjalan dengan efektif. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah terkait rancang bangun sistem otomatis pelumas rantai pada mesin tunnel oven yaitu Sensor suhu DHT11 bekerja apabila suhu didalam tunnel oven telah mencapai ≥ 38 ̊ C. Dari hasil penelitian sensor suhu ini didapatkan rata-rata kesalahan pembacaan 0,96 %. Kemudian sensor infra merah diprogram dengan delay 3 detik untuk membaca roller conveyor dari hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata waktu respon 3,5 sec. Sensor ultrasonic HC-SR04 sebagai indikator kapasitas oli yang tersedia dan saat oil < 1 liter. Dari hasil penelitian sensor ini memiliki kesalahan pembacaan rata-rata 3,3 % pada satuan liter. Selain untuk keperluan push notification aplikasi blynk juga menampilkan pembacaan sensor secara langsung dalam bentuk grafik ataupun angka pada smartphone. Kata kunci: Pelumas otomatis, NodeMCU, IoT, roller chain conveyor, Tunnel oven ABSTRACT At this time the chain lubrication carried out by the operator on the conveyor tunnel oven machine takes quite a long time due to the size of the tunnel oven which is quite long. Operators must lubricate each roller chain conveyor so that working hours become inefficient and lubrication becomes ineffective because operators tend to be tired and often other problems occur at the same time. To solve this problem, an IoT-based automatic lubrication system design was made. This design is prototype which aims to reduce the lubrication time on the conveyor chain so that the operator can do other work and the lubrication continues to run effectively. The research that was carried out was related to the design of an automatic system of chain lubricator in tunnel oven machines it’s the DHT11 temperature sensor working when the temperature in the tunnel oven had reached > 38 ̊ C. From the results of this temperature sensor research obtained an average reading error of 0.96%. Then the infrared sensor is programmed with a delay of 3 seconds to read the conveyor roller from the research results obtained an average response time of 3.5 sec. Ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 as an indicator of available oil capacity and when oil <1 liter. From the results of this sensor has an average reading error of 3.3% in liters. In addition to the purpose of the push notification blynk application also displays sensor readings directly in the form of graphics or numbers on smartphones.
