Abstract
The main objective of this study was to determine the effect of training, workload and work engagement towards the effectiveness of work at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) JCM II FE DIVISION by using quantitativedescriptive approach. Data were collected from 90 respondents who were employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero). Data analysis in this study use alternative methods of structural equation modeling (SEM) which is partial least square (PLS).The first phase of the current studyis to validate each variable’s question as well as it’s reliabilities. The second phaseis to test the relationships among the effect of training, workload and work engagement towards the effectiveness of work. The outcomes of this present study have shown that the training have positive effect while the workload is not in accordance with effectiveness of work and Work engagement has a positive effect on work effectiveness at PT Bank BNI. Keywords: Training, Workload, Work engagement, Work effectiveness. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, beban kerja dan keterikatan kerja terhadap efektifitaskerja di PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) DIVISI FE JCM II dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 90 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara pelatihan, beban kerja dan keterikatan kerja pada media sosial terhadap terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variable pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja sementara variable beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas kerja dan Keterikatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas kerja di PT Bank BNI.
