Abstract

This research is to find out about Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance on CV. Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang. The object of this research is the company on CV. Xpress Tangerang Digital Printing. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using quantitative. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression (SPSS). The results of this study indicate the research T Work Motivation and Work Environment shows a significant effect on Employee Performance on CV. Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV.Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pada CV.Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk regresi linier berganda (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penelitian T Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja menunjukkan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Xpress Digital Printing Tangerang Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
