Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work experience on employee work performance of PT. Gramedia Asri Media. The subject of this research is Gramedia Matraman employees. The research sample consisted of 76 respondents with the saturated sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was a questionnaire and the source of the data used was primary data. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. the results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect as well as work experience that has positive and significant results. Therefore, the two independent variables support the hypothesis. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Experience and Work Achievement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Gramedia Asri Media. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Gramedia Matraman. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 76 responden dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh postif dan signifikan begitupun dengan pengalaman kerja yang memiliki hasil positif dan signifikan. Oleh Karena itu, kedua variabel independen mendukung hipotesis. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Pengalaman kerja dan Prestasi kerja
