Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP of BIG FIVE PERSONALITY and TURNOVER INTENTION on STARTUP EMPLOYEE AT JAKARTA MUCHAMAD RIZAL ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between Big Five Personality with Turnover Intention on Startup Company employees at Jakarta. Data was taken from a sample of 92 Startup Company employees at Jakarta. The instruments that was used to prove the hypothesis are: Big Five Inventory adapted by Ramdhani (2012) consisting of 40 items; and Turnover Intention by Mobley (1986) consisting of 24 items. The sampling technique used was the saturated sample, and then analyzed with correlational analysis to analyze the the hypothesis, T-test and one way Anova to analyze the different test. The results of this study indicated that there was positive relationship between Neuroticism facet with Turnover Intention and there is negative relathionship between agreeableness facet and Conscientuiousness facet with Turnover Intention. HUBUNGAN TIPE KEPRIBADIAN BIG FIVE PERSONALITY DENGAN INTENSI TURNOVER PADA KARYAWAN STARTUP X DI JAKARTA MUCHAMAD RIZAL ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Big Five Personality dengan Intensi Turnover pada karyawan perusahaan Startup X di Jakarta. Data diambil dari sampel sebanyak 92 karyawan perusahaan Startup X di Jakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah Big Five Inventory yang terdiri 40 item diadaptasi oleh Ramdhani (2012), dan Intensi Turnover Mobley (1986) yang terdiri 24 item. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah sample jenuh. Analisis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis korelasional untuk menguji hipotesis, uji T dan one way Anova untuk menganalisis uji beda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara Neuroticism dengan Intensi Turnover dan terdapat hubungan negatif antara Agreeableness dan Conscientiousness dengan Intensi Turnover. Kata kunci : Kepribadian, Big Five Personality, Intensi Turnover , Startup, dan Jakarta.
