Abstract

DIFFERENCES IN EMPLOYEE JOB STRESS LEVELS BASED ON SHIFT AND NON SHIFT WORK AT PT. X ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain and differentiate the level of work stress based on shifts and non-shift work on hotel employees. This type of research used in this study is quantitative. The subjects of this study are hotel employees who undergo shift and non-shift work systems. The number of respondents in this study were 195 employees. The data collection technique used is simple random sampling technique. Data collected in this study using a work stress measurement tool developed by Beehr & Newman. The data analysis technique used is Pearson correlation. The reliability test of this measuring instrument uses the Cronbach alpha test. The results of the reliability test of work stress measuring tools are 0.947. The result of work stress data normality test is 0.798. The results showed that there was no significant difference between work stress and the work system of PT. X significantly with p value = 0.396> 0.05. Keywords : work stress, shift, non shift PERBEDAAN TINGKAT STRES KERJA KARYAWAN BERDASARKAN SHIFT DAN NON SHIFT KERJA PADA PT.
