Abstract
This research aims to understand job satisfaction, stress work on Turnover Intention on employees of public Assessment Services Office Herly, Ariawan & Rekan. The variable measurements used are Likert scales. Sampling techniques used are saturated sampling techniques. The population in this study amounted to 155 employees of KJPP HAR Company, a sample of which was used 52 respondents. The result of this research is that job satisfaction has no significant effect on the turnover of intention, and the stress of pangaruh work is significant to the turnover of intention. Keywords: Job satisfaction, Job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kepuasan kerja, stress kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan Kantor Jasa Penilaian Publik Herly, Ariawan & Rekan. Pengukuran variabel yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 155 karyawan perusahaan KJPP HAR, sampel yang digunakan 52 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan stress kerja berpangaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Stress Kerja, Turnover Intention.
