Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and job training on employee performance at the Fire and Disaster Management Office in West Jakarta. The object of this research is employees who work at the Department of Fire and Disaster Management in the Kalideres Sector in West Jakarta. This research was conducted by 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore the analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate simultaneously that Work Motivation has no effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance, and Job Training has no effect on Employee Performance, whereas Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Training together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Job Training on Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pada Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana di Sektor Kalideres Jakarta Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan yang bekerja di Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana di Sektor Kalideres Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan bahwa Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Pelatihan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan Motivasi kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Pelatihan Kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
