Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of compensation, work dicipline on job satisfaction of PT. Komunikasi Mandiri Toga. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Komunikasi Mandiri Toga. This study was conducted on 30 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and work dicipline has a positive and not significant effect on job satisafction of PT. Komunikasi Mandiri Toga. Keywords: Compensation, Work Dicipline, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Komunika Mandiri Toga. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Komunika Mandiri Toga. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Komunika Mandiri Toga. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.
