Abstract
This study aims analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment, and job insecurity on employee performance. Population in this research is 42 employee of PT Wijaya Karya project. The sample used is 42 employee. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The metods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using SPSS 24. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Job insecurity , Employee Perfomance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 karyawan proyek PT Wijaya Karya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 42 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey,dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. job insecurity berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Job Insecurity, Kinerja Karyawan
