Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation, Organizational Culture, and Job Promotion on Turnover Intention studies on PT. Agrochemical Group located on Jalan Raya Pejaten Blok E, No.33. Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The subjects in this study were all employees at PT. Agrochemical Group. The number of samples used was 35 respondents using a causal research design. The analysis technique used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instruments in the form of validation and reliability tests. By using smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, promotion of position has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, on employees at PT. Agrochemicals Goup. Keywords : Compensation, Organizational Culture, Job Promotion, Employees, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasional, dan Promosi Jabatan terhadap Turnover Intention studi pada karyawan PT. Agrokimia Group yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Pejaten Blok E, No.33. Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Agrokimia Group. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 responden dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk uji validasi dan uji reliabilitas. Dengan menggunakan software smartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, pada karyawan di PT. Agrokimia Goup. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasional, Promosi Jabatan, Karyawan, Turnover Intention.
