Abstract

This study aims to prove the hypothesis that there is a relationship between Learning Agility with Collaborative Behaviours of employees staff level and above (Group B) PT. X Tangerang. The subjects of this study is employees PT. X Tangerang. This studywas carried out with a quantitative approach, and the sampling method with purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study amounted to 137 employees consisting of 89 female employees and 48 male employees. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between Learning Agility and Collaborative Behaviours, the value obtained from the test results 0.620 with a significance value 0.000 which shows therelationship between Learning Agility and Collaborative Behaviours of employees PT. X Tangerang. Keywords: Learning Agility, Collaborative Behaviour, Employees, PT. X Tangerang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikkan hipotesis bahwa ada hubungan antara Learning Agility dengan Collaborative Behaviours pada Karyawan PT. X Tangerang. Subjek yang diteliti adalah karyawan level staff keatas (Golongan B) PT. X Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 137 orang yang terdiri dari 89 karyawan perempuan dan 48 karyawan laki-laki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Learning Agility dengan Collaborative Behaviours, nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi adalah 0.620 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara Learning Agility dengan Collaborative Behaviours pada karyawan PT.
