Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze whether brand image quality and customer trust in the loyalty of AQUA bottled water in DKI Jakarta. The object of this research is consumers of mineral water shops in the solar garden of Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This research was conducted on 175 respondents with probability and non-probability techniques, and sample selection using purposive sampling technique, data selection instruments using questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data processing in this study using the PLS ver 3.0 program. The results showed that product image, product quality and customer trust were significant. Keywords: Brand image, Product quality, Customer trust, Product loyalty Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah citra merek kualitas produk dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas produk air minum dalam kemasan AQUA di DKI Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen toko air minerak yang ada di daerah taman surya cengkareng ,jakarta barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 175 responden dengan teknik Probability dan Non Probability, dan pemilihan sample dengan teknik Purposive Sampling ,Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner dengan skala likert. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program PLS ver 3.0. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa citra merek,kualitas produk dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan.
