Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of work engagement, organizational culture, and reward on employee performance at parking department. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is employee of parking department PT. Central Mall Kelola with 129 respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool Smart-PLS 3.2.8.The results showed work engagement significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture significant positive effect on employee performance. Reward significant positive effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Engagement,Organizational Culture, Reward, performance Employee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keterikatan pekerjaan, budaya organisasi, dan penghargaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Parkir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Departemen Parkir PT. Central Mall Kelola dengan sampel 129 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterikatan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Keterikatan pekerjaan, Budaya Organisasi, Penghargaan, Kinerja Karyawan.
