Abstract
This research uses multiple linear regression method with three independent variables namely leadership style, work environment and compensation. The results of research conducted by researcher in general concludes that the three independent variables have a positive effect on employee performance, which leadership style has a positive influence on performance worth a significant figure of 0.277, while the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance with a significant number 0.332 while Compensation has a positive influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.00, which is <0.05 which means that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Pelayaran Straits Perdana Keywords : Leadership Style, Work Environment, Compensation Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda regresi linear berganda dengan tiga variable independent yakni gaya kepemimpinan,lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti secara umum diperoleh bahwa ketiga variable independent tersebut berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang mana Gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja senilai dengan angka signifikan 0,277, sedangkan Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan angka signifikan 0,332 sementara Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan angka signifikan 0,00, yang mana angka ini <0,05 artinya kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karywan di PT. Pelayaran Staits Perdana. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi
