Abstract
This study aims to determine and to analyze the influence of job stress, workload and work environment on turnover intention at PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia. The data collection using primer data, wtih the research instrument is a questionnaire using a likert scale. This research was conducted on 50 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that job stress has a positive significant impact on turnover intention. Workload has a negative significant impact on turnover intention. The work environment has a negative significant impact on turnover intention. Keyword :Job Stress, Workload, Work Environment and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja Lingkungan Kerja dan Turnover Intention.
