Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and the Work Environment on Employee Performance (Study of Employees in the Archives and Depok Municipal Government Library). In this study the research design used was a causal research design. In this study the population was 65 employees of the Office of Archives and Library of the Depok City Government. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique in this study uses partial least square version (PLS). The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on Employee Performance, and (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keyword: Employee Performance, Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Work Environment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Pemkot Depok). Dalam penelitian ini desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah karyawan Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Pemkot Depok sebanyak 65 karyawan. Adapun Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan partial least square (PLS). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
