Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and work training on employee work productivity. The population in this study were all employees of the Human Capital Management section of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The sample used was all population of 56 employees. The sampling method uses a saturated sample by taking all employees who work at Human Capital Management of PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that motivation has no significant effect on employee work productivity. The work environment has no significant effect on employee work productivity. Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Work Training, Employee Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian Human Capital Management PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah semua populasi sebanyak 56 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Human Capital Management PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Pelatihan Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.
