Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between motivation variables, service quality perceptions and price perceptions of purchasing decisions in the Lion Air aviation sector. The object of this study is consumers who have purchased airplane tickets on Lion Air airlines as a means of transportation, with a sample of 150 respondents. The approach used in this study is a Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with analysis tools (Smart-PLS 3.0). The results showed a positive and significant effect on all variables both motivational variables, perceived service quality, and price perceptions of Lion Air flight ticket purchase decisions. Keywords: Motivation, Service Quality Perception, Price Perception, Purchase Decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antar variabel motivasi, peresepsi kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di sektor penerbangan Lion Air. Objek penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang pernah membeli tiket pesawat pada maskapai penerbangan Lion Air sebagai alat transportasi, dengan sample sebanyak 150 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis (Smart-PLS 3.0). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada seluruh variabel baik variabel motivasi, persepsi kualitas pelayanan, maupun persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket penerbangan Lion Air.
