Abstract

Customer Contact Management System (CCMS) is a product used as a tool to record all contact between producers and consumers. CCMS‟s support and maintenance should be done to ensure that the applications are used properly. The purpose of this research is to design the system support and maintenance for CCMS, which is the most effective and efficient in terms of resources. The methodology of this research are comparation and examination of existing support and maintenance systems The result is a design of support and maintenance system that is able to serve customer„s needs that is support and maintenance “on call system” is the most effective and efficient system in using resources and capable to meet customer needs. Management of PT Teleakses Solusindo should make efforts to support the CCMS support and maintenance “on call system” so that can be done well. Keywords: System, Support, Resources. Produk Customer Contact Management System (CCMS) merupakan produk yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menjembatani antara produsen dengan konsumen. Support dan maintenance untuk CCMS dilakukan untuk menjamin bahwa alat tersebut dapat digunakan dengan baik. Tujuan dari Karya Akhir ini adalah mendapatkan sistem support dan maintenance untuk CCMS yang paling efektif dan efisien dari segi resources. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah dengan membandingakan dan menguji alternatif sistem support dan maintenance CCMS yang telah ada.. Hasil akhir rancangan adalah sebuah sistem support dan maintenance yang mampu melayani kebutuhan customer pengguna CCMS. Sistem support dan maintenance on call merupakan sistem yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam penggunaan resources dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan customer. Manajemen perusahaan perlu melakukan upaya untuk mendukung agar sistem support dan maintenance CCMS on call ini dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Support, Resources
