Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tentang disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara disiplin kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Survei. Populasi target adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Propinsi Banten sejumlah 78 orang, lalu diambil sampel sejumlah 65 pegawai dengan teknik sampel kelompok (cluster random sampling) dengan menggunakan ukuran Tabel Krejcie. This study is attempt to investigate the influence between work disciplines on staffs’ performance; the work motivation and staffs’ performance; as well as work disciplines and work motivation with staffs’ performance . The hypothesis’ tested are: (1) there is a positive influence work disciplines and staffs’ performance; (2) there is a positive influence between the work motivation and staffs’ performance; (3) there is a positive influence between work disciplines and the work motivation with staffs’ performance. This study is done by using a survey method with the target populations are 78 staffs of Fishery and Ocean Service of Banten Province. Then 65 staffs’ are taken as sample by using cluster random sampling and using the measurement of Krejcie table.
