Abstract
ABSTRAK Produksi utama perusahaan spare part otomotif adalah produk injection molding. Tingginya permintaan produk rivet X untuk roda dua, membuat perusahaan tidak hanya memiliki satu mold untuk proses produksi. Padatnya jadwal operasi mesin 30T memunculkan ide untuk trial mengoperasikan part rivet X mold 30T pada mesin 50T yang sedikit waktu beroperasinya. Perubahan mesin dilakukan dengan prosedur Proses Change Request (PCR) dan menggunakan metode DMAIC serta FMEA. Pada proses trial part rivet X hasil visual dan fungsi produk sesuai dengan standar, akan tetapi dimensi 2 tidak sesuai dengan standar. Dimana dari 30shoot didapatkan hasil kapabilitas sebesar Cp 1.43, Cpk 0.27 dan DPMO sebesar 222916.66ppm dengan nilai sigma 2.27. Hasil analisa defect dimension muncul dikarenakan faktor manusia, metode, mesin dan material. Kemudian usulan perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah repair mold dan didapatkan hasil dimensi 2 sesuai dengan standar dengan pencapaian kapabilitas dari 30shoot produk sebesar Cp 3.52 dan Cpk 1.33. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa part Rivet X mold 30T dapat beroperasi menggunakan mesin 50T dan hasil FMEA sebelum melakukan trial perlu ditambahkan pengecekan mold terlebih dahulu agar tidak terjadi problem yang sama. Kata kunci : Part Rivet X, mesin 50T, DMAIC, FMEA, Defect dimensi 2 ABSTRACK Biggest production of spare part company automotive is injection molding product. The high of demand is Rivet X part for motorcycles, it make company not just have a mold for production process. The high of schedule running is machine 30T, emerge idea for trial rivet X mold 30T on machine 50T there is little more schedule for operation. Change machine do with Process Change Request Procedure (PCR) with DMAIC and FMEA method. On process trial rivet X part visual and function result is on standard, but dimension 2 isn’t on standard. Where is on 30shoots get the result that capability is Cp 1.43, Cpk 0.27 and DPMO get the result as 222916,66 ppm with sigma level as 2.27. After analysis defect appear it cause man, method, machine and material factor. Repair suggestion is repair mold and the result get dimension 2 on standard there is capability from 30shoots product get Cp 3.52 and Cpk 1.33. For the last detailed examination get data that Rivet X part mold 30T can operate with 50T machine. And from FMEA result, before trial must do mold check first in order to similar problem not happen.
