Abstract
This study to examine and analyze the effect of extrinsic motivation, and job stress on employees turnover intention of RSIA Harapan Mulia in Kabupaten Tangerang. This study tyfe of quantitative non-expremintel research with population of all employees RSIA Harapan Mulia. Sampling teqhnique using saturated sample with the total sample of 168 employees as respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 24 program. The result showed that extrinsic motivation had significant negative effect on turnover intention with T-count is -4,225, and work stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention of RSIA Harapan Mulia with T-count is 5,087. Simultaneous test result show that extrinsic otivation and work stress have a significant and simultaneous effect on turnover intention with F-countof 16,290. The Psychological implication of this research is that companies need to create a positive atmosphere by paying attention to interpersonal relationships between employees as indicated in the dimension of extrinsic motivation where interpersonal relationship correlate sufficiently with the dimension job search of the variable turnover intention. Keywords : extrinsic motivation, work stress and turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan RSIA Harapan Mulia di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif non expremintal dengan teknik regresi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 168 karyawan sebagai responden. Analisis data penelitian dengan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan T-hitung sebasar -4,225 dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan T-hitung sebasar 5,087, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara simultan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan RSIA Harapan Mulia dengan F-hitung sebesar 16,290. Implikasi psikologi dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perlu menciptakan suasana yang positif dengan memeperhatiakn hubungan interpersonal antar karyawan, seperti yang tertera dalam dimensi motivasi ekstrinsik yang mana hubungan interpersonal berkorelasi cukup terhadap dimensi variabel turnover intention pada dimensi job search.
