Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explain there is a relationship between Learning Agility and Collaboration Skills for employees of PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es teller 77) located in South Jakarta. This research uses quantitative correlational methods. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es Teler 77) located in South Jakarta with a total of 165 respondents who have different ages, positions, education and years of service. Using the Spearman correlation test which proves that this study there is a relationship between Learning Agility and Collaboration Skill on the employees of PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es Teler 77) throughout South Jakarta with Sig. (2-tailed) p = 0,000. The results show that there is a significant relationship between Learning Agility and Collaboration Skill among PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es Teler 77) throughout South Jakarta. Keywords: Learning Agility, Collaboration Skill, employees, age, position, education, years of service Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungannya Learning Agility dengan Collaboration Skill pada karyawan PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es teller 77) yang berada di Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan gerai PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es Teler 77) yang berada di Jakarta Selatan dengan total responden sebanyak 165 yang memiliki usia, jabatan, pendidikan, dan masa kerja yang berbeda-beda. Menggunakan uji korelasi spearman yang membuktikan bahwa penelitian ini terdapat hubungan Learning Agility dengan Collaboration Skill pada karyawan gerai PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es Teler 77) se-Jakarta Selatan dengan memiliki nilai Sig. (2-tailed) p=0,000. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pada Learning Agility dengan Collaboration Skill pada karyawan gerai PT. Top Food Indonesia (Es Teler 77) se-jakarta Selatan.
