Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Federal Internasional Finance, Cabang Pondok Gede. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 100 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer dan data sekunder. Data penelitian yang berkaitan dengan kompensasi, motivasi dan disiplin kerja menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
