Abstract
In a project, of course, small mistakes are very vital. Especially in the construction of the Multi National LRT Development project. This mega project with quite large funds is certainly eagerly awaited by the wider community. An optimal and minimal error development is the dream of all contractors. Of course, optimal performance results are influenced by several factors, including the skills possessed by employees in the field, namely soft skills and technical abilities (Hard Skills). The research was conducted on field employees as respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire and technical data analysis using quantitative descriptive. The research variables are soft skills (X1), hard skills (X2) and project performance results (Y). The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression method with the SPSS system, from a questionnaire distributed to respondents and then analyzed. From the results of the analysis on the soft skills variable (X1) partially did not have a significant effect on the performance outcome variable (Y), while the hard skills variable (X2) partially had a significant effect on the performance outcome variable (Y), and the soft skills variable ( X1) and hard skills (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the project performance outcome variable (Y). Keywords: soft skills, technical skills, performance results, construction management, communication management, human resorce management, field employee Dalam suatu proyek tentu kesalahan-kesalahan kecil menjadi sesuatu yang sangat vital. Terlebih pada pembangunan proyek Multi Nasional Pembangunan LRT. Mega proyek dengan dana yang cukup besar tersebut tentu sangat ditunggu tunggu bagi masyarakat luas. Pembangunan yang opimal dan minim kesalahan tentu yang diimpikan bagi seluruh kontraktor. Tentu saja hasil kinerja yang optimal dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan di lapangan yaitu kemampuan lunak (Soft Skills) dan kemampuan teknis (Hard Skills). Penelitian dilakukan kepada karyawan lapangan sebagai responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun variabel penelitian yaitu soft skill (X1), hard skill (X2) dan hasil kinerja proyek (Y). Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan system SPSS, dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada responden lalu dianalisa. Dari hasil analisis pada variabel soft skills (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel hasil kinerja (Y), sedangkan pada variabel hard skills (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil kinerja (Y), dan pada variabel soft skills (X1) dan hard skills (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel hasil kinerja proyek (Y).
