Abstract
The rise of the establishment of tertiary institutions is not matched by the number of students entering, as a result many universities are closed. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the level of student decisions to choose college. The factors that influence are seen from the quality of education services, teaching and learning processes (process), employees and lecturers (people), and promotion (promotion). This study used a qualitative research method by distributing 110 respondents questionnaires. The results of this study are the quality of education services, teaching and learning processes, employees and lecturers, and their respective promotions influence student decisions. Keynote: Quality of education, process, people, promotion, consumer decisions Maraknya pendirian perguruan tinggi tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang masuk, akibatnya banyak perguruan tinggi yang ditutup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat keputusan mahasiswa untuk memilih kuliah di perguruan tinggi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dilihat dari kualitas jasa pendidikan, proses belajar mengajar (process), karyawan dan dosen (people), dan promosi (promotion). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner 110 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas jasa pendidikan, proses belajar mengajar, karyawan dan dosen, dan promosi masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa.
