Abstract
Benchmark for the success of a project is usually seen from the short completion time with minimal costs. Delays in project work can be anticipated by accelerating its implementation, but we must still consider the cost factor. One alternative form is the time and cost trade off method. The Honda IBRM Cimahi Showroom project was chosen in this case study because it experienced a delay in the progress of its implementation by 2.286% in week 24 to week 35, the delay was due to changes in design and delivery of materials and work tools, this became an alternative factor for acceleration in this case study. The purpose of this research is to speed up the project completion time with the minimum cost. This scheduling methodology uses PDM and CPM assisted by Microsoft Project 2016 to find a critical path, then the Crasing stage is carried out, using an alternative acceleration by increasing the capacity of work tools, with an emphasis (compression) on the minimum crasing results in terms of cost and time. Then the analysis is carried out using the Time Cost Trade Off method. The acceleration results were obtained on the project duration of 245 working days with a total project cost of IDR 31,806,654,200.79 with a project time efficiency of 20 days (0.0794%) and a project cost efficiency of IDR 123,111,614.07 (0.0039 %). Tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu proyek biasanya dilihat dari waktu penyelesaian yang singkat dengan biaya yang minimal. Keterlambatan pengerjaan proyek dapat diantisipasi dengan melakukann percepatan dalam pelaksanaannya, namun harus tetap mempertimbangkan faktor biaya. Salah satu bentuk alternatif adalah dengan metode pertukaran waktu dan biaya (time cost trade off). Proyek Showroom Honda IBRM Cimahi dipilih dalam studi kasus ini karena mengalami keterlambatan dalam progress pelaksanaanya sebesar 2,286% pada minggu 24 sampai minggu ke 35, keterlambatan diakibatkan perubahan desain dan pengiriman material dan alat kerja hal tersebut menjadi faktor alternatif percepatan dalam studi kasus ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempercepat waktu penyelesaian proyek dengan biaya yang paling minimum. Metodologi penjadwalan ini menggunakan PDM dan CPM dibantu dengan Miscrosoft Project 2016 untuk mencari jalur kritis, kemudian dilakukan tahap Crasing, menggunakan alternatif percepatan dengan penambahan kapasitas alat kerja, dengan penekanan (kompresi) hasil crasing yang paling minimum dari segi biaya dan waktu. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis dengan metode Time Cost Trade Off. Diperoleh hasil percepetan pada didapat pada durasi proyek 245 hari kerja dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp 31.806.654.200,79 dengan efisiensi waktu proyek sebanyak 20 hari (0,0794%) dan efisiensi biaya proyek sebesar Rp 123.111.614,07 (0,0039%).
