Abstract

The construction method is a very important part of the construction implementation. The technological aspect is very important in the selection of work methods. The use of appropriate, efficient methods is very helpful in the completion of construction work. The problem that needs to be answered in this final project research is how to plan floor slabs using three different methods and compare the use of concrete material and steel reinforcement in the three floor slab methods This thesis research starts from Full slab precast which is one of the implementation methods for the work of floor slabs with all of the floor plates using precast concrete, some of which are produced at the fabrication site and some are produced at the mounting location. While conventional plates are plates with frequent beams found in many building construction in general, this plate method uses beams and beams receive a load that is channeled from the plate and then distributed to columns and foundations. In this final project, a 9-story reinforced structure will be reviewed in terms of concrete needs and reinforcement of its floor slab using a sample size of 7.95 m x 5.45 m with the function of the building as a lecture hall. The magnitude of moment force in plates is analyzed using the ETABS V9.5.0 program by calculating the consequences of dead, live, superdeadload, and earthquake (static, dynamic) according to Indonesian national standard regulations - SNI 2847 -2002/2013 concerning concrete, SNI 1726 - 2012 concerning earthquakes . The results of this final project analysis explain that the type of plate using the droppanel method saves 6.72% in the use of concrete volume and 42.63% steel reinforcement compared to conventional plates, the droppanel method is also more efficient at 7.87% of the volume of concrete, 41.84% steel reinforcement than the full slab precast . While the use of concrete is more efficient at 1.24% of conventional slab than full slab precast although the difference is very small, the opposite of the full slab precast method uses less steel reinforcement reaching 1.69% compared to conventional slab. Keywords: Droppanel, full slab precast, conventional, ETABS, load, moment force Metode konstruksi adalah bagian yang sangat penting pelaksanaan konstruksi. Aspek teknologi sangat berperan dalam pemilihan metode kerja. Penggunaan metode yang tepat, efisien sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan konstruksi. Permasalahan yang perlu dijawab dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah bagaimana cara merencanakan pelat lantai menggunakan tiga metode yang berbeda serta membandingkan penggunaan material beton dan tulangan baja pada ketiga metode pelat lantai tersebut. Penelitian tugas akhir ini dimulai dari Full slab precast yang merupakan salah satu metode pelaksanaan untuk pekerjaan pelat lantai dengan seluruh pelat lantainya menggunakan beton pracetak, sebagian ada yang diproduksi ditempat pabrikasi ada juga yang diproduksi dilokasi tempat pemasangan.Sedangkan pelat konvensional merupakan pelat dengan balok yang sering dijumpai pada banyak pembangunan konstruksi bangunan pada umumnya, metode pelat ini menggunakan balok dan balok tersebut menerima beban yang disalurkan dari pelat dan kemudian disalurkan ke kolom dan pondasi. Dalam tugas akhir ini, suatu struktur bertulang 9 lantai akan ditinjau kebutuhan beton serta tulangan pelat lantainya dengan menggunakan sample ukuran 7.95 m x 5.45 m dengan fungsi bangunan sebagai ruang kuliah. Besarnya gaya momen dalam pelat dianalisa menggunakan program ETABS V9.5.0 dengan memperhitungkan akibat beban mati, hidup, superdeadload, dan gempa (static, dinamis) sesuai peraturan standar nasional Indonesia – SNI 2847 -2002/2013 tentang beton, SNI 1726 – 2012 tentang gempa. Hasil dari analisis tugas akhir ini menjelaskan bahwa type pelat menggunakan metode droppanel lebih hemat 6.72% dalam penggunaan volume beton dan 42.63% tulangan baja dibandingkan dengan pelat konvensional, metode droppanel juga masih lebih hemat 7.87 % volume beton, 41.84% tulangan baja daripada full slab precast. Sedangkan penggunaan beton lebih hemat 1.24 % pelat konvensional daripada full slab precast walau perbedaannya sangatlah kecil, namun kebalikannya metode full slab precast lebih sedikit penggunaan tulangan bajanya mencapai 1.69 % dibandingkan pelat konvensional.
