Abstract
Earned value method is the development of the "S" Graph technique until it is able to analyze the cost variance stimulant so that it can see the progress of the project from the schedule with the allocated budget. The results value method includes budget and cost plan (RAB), unit price analysis and project progress reports are processed to obtain PV (Planned Value), AC (Actual Cost), and EV (Earned Value). The results of the study up to the 85th week showed that to complete all the work required an additional 13 days from the plan, then the project experienced a delay. This is evidenced by the value of SPI (Schedule Performance Index) <1. While in terms of cost, the performance of this project is positive or CPI (Cost Performance Index)> 1. The factors that cause delays in this project are rainfall, lack of labor personnel, design drawings are still held, Shop Drawing has not been approved by supervisory consultants, material delays, lack of tools and machines, changes in design drawings, unloading jobs. Keywords : Controlling, Earned Value Method, PV, AC, EV Metode nilai hasil merupakan pengembangan teknik Grafik “S” sampai mampu menganalisis varians biaya secara stimulant sehingga dapat melihat kemajuan proyek dari jadwal dengan anggaran yang telah dialokasikan. Metode nilai hasil ini mencakup rencana anggaran dan biaya (RAB), analisa harga satuan serta laporan kemajuan proyek diolah untuk mendapatkan PV (Planned Value), AC (Actual Cost), dan EV (Earned Value). Hasil penelitian sampai dengan minggu ke-85 menunjukkan bahwa untuk menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan diperlukan tambahan waktu 13 hari dari rencana, maka proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai SPI (Schedule Performance Index) < 1. Sedangkan dari segi biaya, kinerja proyek ini bernilai positif atau CPI (Cost Performance Index) > 1. Adapun faktor – faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pada proyek ini yaitu curah hujan, kurangnya personel tenaga kerja, Gambar desain masih di hold, Shop Drawing belum disetujui oleh konsultan pengawas, keterlambatan material, kurangnya alat dan mesin, adanya perubahan gambar desain, adanya pekerjaan bongkar pasang.
