Abstract

The Rainbow Spring Condovillas project is a building with 2 Apartment Towers and each Tower is 5 stories high. The problem raised for research is about the comparative analysis of costs, time and quality due to problems in the red brick wall checklist. The analysis is done by comparing the conventional red brick installation with the Brico tool. By using the red brick installation method with the Brico tool, it is expected to be able to minimize the implementation of the project, especially the installation of red brick walls. The results of the study were the cost of installing the red brick using the conventional method obtained Rp 1,336,245.00 per 1 m² and the time obtained in conventional brick installation per 1 m² was 57 minutes, while for the installation of the red brick using the brico tool the results obtained were Rp. 1,151,895.00 per 1 m² and the time taken to install the red brick using a brico device is 49 minutes per 1 m². The quality obtained in the installation of red brick using conventional methods with the brico tool based on questionnaire data distributed by respondents prefers to use the Brico tool in terms of uniformity / neatness, and cleanliness in the installation of red brick. Keywords: Installation of conventional red brick, Brico tools, cost, time, quality Proyek Rainbow Spring Condovillas ini merupakan bangunan dengan 2 Tower Apartemen dan masing – masing Tower setinggi 5 lantai. Masalah yang diangkat untuk diteliti adalah tentang analisis perbandingan biaya, waktu dan mutu dikarenakan mengalami kendala dalam cheklist pemasangan dinding bata merah. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan pemasangan bata merah secara konvensional dengan alat Brico. Dengan penggunaan metode pemasangan bata merah dengan alat Brico diharapkan mampu memperkecil dalam pelaksanaan proyek khususnya pemasangan dinding bata merah. Hasil penelitian adalah biaya dalam pemasangan bata merah menggunakan metode konvensional diperoleh hasil Rp 1.336.245,00 per 1 m² dan waktu yang diperoleh dalam pemasangan bata merah secara konvensional per 1 m² adalah 57 menit, sedangkan untuk pemasangan bata merah menggunakan alat brico diperoleh hasil Rp 1.151.895,00 per 1 m² dan waktu yang ditempuh dalam pemasangan bata merah menggunakan alat brico yaitu 49 menit per 1 m². Mutu yang diperoleh dalam pemasangan bata merah menggunakan metode konvensional dengan alat brico berdasarkan data kuesioner yang telah disebar para responden lebih memilih menggunakan alat Brico dari segi keseragaman / kerapian, dan kebersihan dalam pemasangan bata merah.
