Abstract

The case of peeling off gypsum wall paint on the Pakubuwono Spring project is sometimes found almost in paint work on gypsum walls. Exfoliation of paint can occur because of the condition of a damp wall or it could be because the workmanship of the wall is not good. From the above explanation, the purpose of this study is to determine the causal factors of peeling paint to minimize losses. From this, it is expected to get a solution to this problem. The analysis in this case study applies the Project Management Institute quality management system which explains that there are three processes in implementing project quality management, namely Plan Quality, Perform Quality Assurance (implementation of quality assurance), Perform Quality Control (implementation of quality control). The results of this research are that the quality plan process is carried out in accordance with the standards used, the implementation of quality assurance is carried out in accordance with the requirements and acceptance set by the assignor, and the implementation of quality control shows the conformity of the work to specifications. Kasus mengelupasnya cat dinding gypsum (peel off) pada proyek The Pakubuwono Spring terkadang ditemukan hampir di pekerjaan cat pada dinding gypsum. Pengelupasan cat bisa terjadi karena kondisi dinding yang lembab atau bisa juga karena proses pengerjaan dinding yang kurang baik. Dari penjelasan di atas tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan faktor-faktor penyebab dari pengelupasan cat guna meminimalisasi kerugian. Dari hal tersebut diharapkan akan mendapat solusi untuk permasalahan ini. Analisis dalam kasus penelitian ini menerapakan sistem manajemen mutu Project Management Institute yang menjelaskan bahwa terdapat tiga proses dalam pelaksanaan manajemen mutu proyek yaitu Plan Quality (perencanaan mutu), Perform Quality Assurance (pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu), Perform Quality Control (pelaksanaan pengendalian mutu). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah proses quality plan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan standar yang digunakan, pelaksanaan quality assurance dilakukan dengan memenuhi sesuai persyaratan dan penerimaan yang ditetapkan oleh pemberi tugas, dan pelaksanaan quality control menunjukan hasil kesesuaian pekerjaan terhadap spesifikasi.
