Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Locos of Control on Employee Performance at the Extension Center at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires using ordinal scale. This study was conducted on 88 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach and testing hypotheses. For this reason, the data analysis method used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variable Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Locus of Control Affect Employee Performance at the Extension Center at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore the test results from this study state that there are simultaneous influences between the Working Environment, Organizational Culture and Locos of Control variables on Employee Performance at the Extension Center at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Locus of control, Employee Performance, at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Budaya Organisasi dan Locos of ontrol Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pusat Penyuluhan di Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia.Teknik pengumpulan data berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 88 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Untuk itu, metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Locus of Control Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pusat Penyuluh di Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Locos of Control Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Pusat Penyuluh di Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia.
