Abstract
The study sought to establish and analyze the impacts of compensation, leadership style and competition toward employees’s performance at PT. Reka Desindo Mandiri both partially and simultaneously. This statistic parametric study adopted a quantitative method that used a multiple linear regression in which the data were processed by SPSS 21 program. Sample size was 50 targeting employees as respondents. A structured questionnaire with likert scale was used to collect data which consisted of 26 questions arranged based on indicators and dimensions derived from each independent variables. Findings of this study showed thatThe results showed that the compensation system is positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Reka Desindo Mandiri.yang means that with the compensation in accordance with the standards can simultaneously be a positive influence on employee performance. Likewise, the pattern and style of leadership that is applied in leading an institution or company in need leaders who are wise and understand the circumstances that occurred in that enterprise, based on the analysis that has been made by the author that any positive influence on the relationship between force leadership style on performance PT. Reka Desindo Mandiri. Variable competence is also one variable has positive effects on the performance of employees of PT. Reka Desindo Mandiri.
