Abstract

Cisauk Station is one of the stations that has implemented Transit Oriented Development (TOD), TOD is a spatial concept through the allocation of activity centers around transit areas or transit infrastructure. Pedestrian facilities are an important point inherent in TOD. Cisauk Station has a connecting line (skywalk) with Intermoda BSD which is the center of future transportation modes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate pedestrian access to stations that use the concept. The method used in this study is a standard level of pedestrian service/Level Of Service Walkways based on the Highway Capacitiy Manual on pedestrians and distributing questionnaires to pedestrians at the study site to see the suitability of the facility against the Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 03/PRT/M/2014. Based on the results of surveys and questionnaires conducted over two days, it was found that the connecting path (skywalk) seen based on the current in the platoon showed that the level of pedestrian services in 2019 was Standard A. Based on the density and pedestrian space showed that the level of pedestrian services in 2019 is Standard B. The results of the questionnaire that has been distributed to respondents in the study location show that the average presence of the skywalk greatly facilitates pedestrians in moving modes of transportation. The prediction of the Level of Service for pedestrian facilities in 2022 assuming that at that time the Cisauk Station had been occupied by Commuter Line (KRL) users, resulted in the same level of service as in 2019. Keywords: Cisauk Station Skywalk, Transit Oriented Development, Pedestrians, LOS Stasiun Cisauk merupakan salah satu stasiun yang telah menerapkan Transit Oriented Development (TOD), TOD itu merupakan konsep secara spasial melalui pengalokasian pusat-pusat aktivitas sekitar area transit atau infrastruktur transit. Fasilitas pejalan kaki merupakan poin penting yang melekat dalam TOD. Stasiun Cisauk memiliki jalur penghubung (skywalk) dengan Intermoda BSD yang menjadi pusat moda transportasi mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi akses pejalan kaki pada stasiun yang menggunakan konsep tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah standar tingkat pelayanan pejalan kaki/Level Of Service Walkways berdasarkan Highway Capacitiy Manual 2000 pada pejalan kaki dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pejalan kaki di tempat penelitian untuk melihat kesesuaian fasilitas terhadap Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 03/PRT/M/2014. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan selama dua hari didapatkan bahwa jalur penghubung (skywalk) dilihat berdasarkan arus dalam platoon menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan pejalan kaki pada tahun 2019 adalah Standar A. Berdasarkan kepadatan dan ruang pejalan kaki menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pelayanan pejalan kaki pada tahun 2019 adalah Standar B. Hasil kuesioner yang telah disebar ke responden lokasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keberadaan skywalk sangat mempermudah pejalan kaki dalam perpindahan moda transportasi. Hasil prediksi Level Of Service fasilitas pejalan kaki tahun 2022 dengan asumsi pada saat itu Stasiun Cisauk sudah dipatai oleh pengguna Commuter Line (KRL), menghasilkan tingkat pelayanan yang sama dengan tahun 2019.
