Abstract
Parking facilities are inseparable in terms of driving life. Parking facilities are quite a concern especially when visiting crowded places such as the fish shopping center in the modern fish market of Muara Baru, North Jakarta, shopping centers usually have a tight schedule visitors at certain hours each day so that there are problems such as the lack of availability of parking areas. To overcome this problem identification needs to be done on the availability of parking areas in the modern fish market shopping center, new estuary in Jakarta. By analyzing the characteristics and level of satisfaction of visitors when parking in the market Jakarta's new estuary fish, characteristics analyzed such as parking volume, parking duration, parking accumulation, parking index, parking turnover rate, and parking capacity. While for the satisfaction of visitors the researchers used the SPSS program with the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. pene litian conducted for 3 (three) days on September 7 to September 9 2019 from 16:00 to 24:00 WIB and carried out data processing it can be concluded that: The most incoming vehicles occur on Monday with 616 vehicles and the highest accumulation is 79 vehicles on Monday from 17:00 to 18:30 so that the SRP provided as many as 55 SRP is insufficient, while for the results of the level of satisfaction of parking facilities obtained from the results of data processing using the IPA (Importance Performance Method) Analysis) which is included in Quadrant I (Top Priority), namely “Parking area capacity and Parking area area”, while those included in Kuadaran II (Maintain Performance), namely “Cleanliness of the parking area, Order in the parking lot, Parking Tariff, Security for pedestrians , Landfills, Parking lot lighting "while those in Quadrant III (Low Priority) are" Greening around the parking lot and Arrangement of parking lots "and finally that entered in Quadrant IV (Excessive), namely" Access in and out of parking lots "from the research results, it can be concluded that the characteristics of parking are in accordance with the results of the IPA method satisfaction research, with the result that visitors feel less satisfied in terms of capacity parking lots and parking lots. Keywords: Program SPSS, Importance performance Analysis, Karakteristik Parkir, Kepuasan Pengunjung Pasar Ikan Modern Muara Baru Jakarta Utara. Fasilitas parkir adalah hal yang tidak bisa di pisahkan dalam hal kehidupan berkendara.Fasilitas parkir menjadi hal yang cukup di perhatikan terutama jika mengunjungi tempat-tempat yang padat pengunjung seperti pusat perbelanjaan ikan di pasar ikan modern muara baru Jakarta utara,pusat perbelanjaan biasanya mempunyai jadwal padat pengunjung pada jam-jam tertentu tiap harinya sehingga terjadilah masalah seperti tidak adanya ketersediaan areal parkir.Untuk mengatasi masalah ini perlu di lakukan identifikasi ketersediaan areal parkir pada pusat perbelanjaan pasar ikan modern muara baru Jakarta.Dengan menganalisis karakteristik dan tingkat kepeuasan pengunjung saat parkir pada pasar ikan modern muara baru Jakarta,karakteristik yang di analisis seperti volume parkir,durasi parkir,akumulasi parkir,indeks parkir,tingkat pergantian parkir,dan kapasitas parkir.sedangkan untuk kepuasan pengunjung peneliti menggunkan program SPSS dengan Metode IPA (Importance Perpormance Analysis).Dari hasil penelitian yang di lakukan selama 3 (Tiga) hari pada tanggal 07 September sampai dengan 09 September 2019 dari jam 16:00 sampai dengan 24:00 WIB dan di lakukan pengolahan data maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa : Kendaraan yang masuk terbanyak terjadi pada hari senin dengan 616 kendaraan dan akumulasi tertinggi yaitu 79 kendaraan pada hari senin jam 17:00 sampai 18:30 sehingga SRP yang di sediakan sebanyak 55 SRP tidak mencukupi,sedangkan untuk hasil tingkat kepuasan fasilitas parkir yang di dapatkan dari hasil pengolahan data dengan metode IPA (Importance Perpormance Analysis) yang masuk pada Kuadran I (Prioritas Utama) yaitu “Kapasitas lahan parkir dan Luas lahan parkir” sedangkan yang masuk pada Kuadaran II (Pertahankan Prestasi) yaitu “Kebersihan area parkir,Ketertiban pada area lahan parkir,Tarip parkir,Keamanan untuk pejalan kaki,Tempat pembuangan sampah,Penerangan jalur parkir” sedangkan yang masuk pada Kuadran III (Prioritas Rendah )yaitu “Penghijauan di sekitar lahan parkir dan Penataan lahan parkir “ dan terakhir yang masuk pada Kuadran IV (Berlebihan) yaitu “Akses keluar masuk lahan parkir” dari hasil penelitian maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa karakteristik parkir sesuai dengan hasil penelitian kepuasan metode IPA,dengan hasil pengunjung merasa kurang puas dalam hal kapasitas parkir dan lahan parkir. Kata Kunci: Program SPSS, Importance performance Analysis, Karakteristik Parkir, Kepuasan Pengunjung Pasar Ikan Modern Muara Baru Jakarta Utara.
