Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training, incentives, and motivation on employee turnover intention at the National Sports Hospital (RSON), Ministry of Youth and Sports, Republic of Indonesia. Training and incentives in this study are independent variables, motivation is the intervening variable, and turnover intention is the dependent variable. The population in this study were 172 people. From this population, as many as 71 RSON employees were used as respondents, which were divided into three types of work, namely medical, medical support, and non-medical. This study uses a quantitative statistical calculation method with SPSS 25 data processing tools. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on employee motivation, as well as incentives. Training and incentives simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing employee motivation. Motivation has a significant influence on turnover intention, where employee work motivation is high, turnover intention is low. Training does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, as well as incentives. But if the two variables are run simultaneously, then there is a significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Incentives, training, motivation, turnover intention, government hospital, hospital employ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, insentif, dan motivasi terhadap turnover intention pegawai di Rumah Sakit Olahraga Nasional (RSON), Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga, Republik Indonesia. Pelatihan dan insentif dalam penelitian ini merupakan variabel bebas, motivasi menjadi variabel intervening, dan turnover intention menjadi variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 172 orang. Dari populasi tersebut, sebanyak 71 pegawai RSON dijadikan responden, yang terbagi dalam tiga jenis pekerjaan yaitu medis, penunjang medis, dan nonmedis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penghitungan statistika kuantitatif dengan alat bantu olah data SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, demikian pula dengan insentif. Pelatihan dan insentif secara simultan memberi pengaruh yang signifikan kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap turnover intention, di mana motivasi kerja pegawai tinggi maka turnover intention rendah. Pelatihan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, demikian pula dengan insentif. Tapi jika kedua variabel tersebut dijalankan secara simultan, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
