Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Personal Selling dan Promosi terhadap Penjualan Mikro Kredit di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Mikro Cluster Jatiwaringin 2. Objek penelitian ini adalah debitur dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, oleh karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan, Personal Selling dam Promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan dan tidak signifikan terhadap penjualan. Hal ini dibuktikn dari hasil uji analisis linier berganda yang menunjukan nilai signifikan dan tidak signifikan dari variabel-variabel yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh sebab, hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari Kualitas Pelayanan, Personal Selling dam Promosi terhadap penjualan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Mikro Cluster Jatiwaringin 2. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Personal Selling dan penjualan. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, Personal Selling and promotion to sales Micro Credit in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Mikro Cluster Jatiwaringin 2. This research object is debtor with sample number of 100 respondents. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, therefore the analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of this study showed that a partial quality of service, Personal Selling and promotion significantly positive and insignificant impact on sales. This is demonstrated by the results of multiple linear analysis tests that show significant and insignificant values from the variables that support the hypothesis.Therefore, the result of this study stated that there is influence of quality service, Personal Selling and promotion to sales Micro Credit in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cabang Mikro Cluster Jatiwaringin 2. Keywords : Service Quality, Personal Selling, and sales
