Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the Taman Palem Lestari and Pantai Indah Kapuk branches of Warung Rawit Jakarta Restaurant. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Taman Palem Lestari and Pantai Indah Kapuk Branch of Warung Rawit Jakarta Restaurant with a population of all employees in two branches totaling 53 employees. This study uses data analysis techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) with a sample size of 53 employees. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Taman Branch. Palem Lestari and Pantai Indah Kapuk Restaurant Warung Rawit Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, efikasi diri, dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Cabang Taman Palem Lestari dan Pantai Indah Kapuk Restoran Warung Rawit Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Cabang Taman Palem Lestari dan Pantai Indah Kapuk Restoran Warung Rawit Jakarta dengan populasi seluruh karyawan di dua cabang yang berjumlah 53 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan pengelolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan jumlah sampel 53 Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Cabang Taman Palem Lestari dan Pantai Indah Kapuk Restoran Warung Rawit Jakarta. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Efikasi Diri, Komunikasi Organisasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
