Abstract
This study aiming to reveal how much the impact of Motivation and Competence on Performance with Compensation as an Intervening in Wfh Policy on employees who work at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Public Health, using the PLS (Partial Least Square) method and structural equation analysis (SEM) based variants that can simultaneously test the measurement model along with testing the structural model. The number of respondents was 94 employees, which was determined through a non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. Data sampling survey was conducted in January 2021-May 2021. The results showed that: (1) performance compensation was positive and significant. (2) employee performance competence, positive and significant. (3) Compensation compensation, positive and significant (4) performance motivation, positive and not significant. (5) Motivation to compensation, positive and significant (6) competence to performance through compensation, positive and significant. (7) Performance motivation through positive and significant compensation. Keywords: Job motivation, competence, compensation, employee performance, pandemic covid 19, work form home Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengungkap seberapa besar dampak dari Motivasi dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kompensasi Sebagai Intervening Pada Kebijakan Wfh pada pegawai yang bekerja di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Masyarakat, dengan menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square) dan analisis persamaan struktural (SEM) berbasis varian yang secara bersamaan dapat melakukan pengujian model pengukuran beserta pengujian model struktural. Jumlah responden sebanyak 94 orang pegawai, yang ditentukan melalui metode non probability sampling yakni sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan kuesioner Survei pengambilan data sampel yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2021-Mei 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompensasi ke kinerja positif dan signifikan. (2) kompetensi ke kinerja pegawai, positif dan signifikan. (3) kompetensi ke kompensasi, positif dan signifikan (4) motivasi ke kinerja, positif dan tidak signifikan. (5) Motivasi ke kompensasi, positif dan signifikan (6) kompetensi ke kinerja melalui kompensasi, positif dan signifikan. (7) Motivasi ke kinerja melalui kompensasi positif dan signifikan.
