Abstract
PT. LPA is a textile manufacturing company that produces woven fabrics (Weaving) and finishing fabrics (Printing, Dyeing and White). The problems faced by PT. LPA, i.e. the production completion time is not in accordance with the planned target, the effectiveness of the production is not achieved and the suitability of the order or quality has not been met. This study aims to determine the effect of production planning on raw material control, schedule control, and production control, the effect of raw material control on production effectiveness, the effect of schedule control on production effectiveness and the effect of production control on production effectiveness. Analysis of the questionnaire data involved 65 respondents, employees of PT. LPA then the data is processed through validity and reliability tests using the PLS-SEM analysis method. So that the results obtained that production planning has a significant and positive effect on raw material control, production planning has a significant and positive effect on schedule control, production planning has a significant and positive effect on production control, raw material control has a significant and positive effect on production effectiveness, schedule control has a significant effect and positive on production effectiveness, Production control significant and positive effect on production effectiveness. LPA adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur dibidang tekstil yang memproduksi kain tenun (Weaving) dan kain finishing (Printing, Dyeing dan White). Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PT. LPA yaitu waktu selesai produksi tidak sesuai dengan target yang telah di rencanakan, efektivitas produksi tidak tercapai dan kesesuaian order atau kualitas yang belum terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan produksi terhadap pengendalian bahan baku, pengendalian jadwal, dan pengendalian produksi serta pengaruh pengendalian bahan baku terhadap efektivitas produksi, pengaruh pengendalian jadwal terhadap efektivitas produksi dan pengaruh pengendalian produksi terhadap efektivitas produksi. Analisa data kuesioner melibatkan 65 responden karyawan PT. LPA yang kemudian data tersebut diolah melalui pengujian validitas dan reabilitas, dengan menggunakan metode analisis PLS-SEM. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa Perencanaan produksi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengendalian bahan baku, Perencanaan produksi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengendalian jadwal, Perencanaan produksi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengendalian produksi, Pengendalian bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas produksi, pengendalian jadwal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas produksi, Pengendalian produksi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas produksi.
