Abstract
In Indonesia, specifically in the Jakarta City area, it cannot be separated from mass transportation, which is caused by land use that is not accompanied by good accessibility. Increasing the number of people in using transportation which increases transportation users is increasing. One of the solutions to the problem is the existence of development using the Mixed Building Concept with TOD approval, which consists of the MRT at the 4-Star Hotel which will support the community as residential buildings and various large events. The final design is the construction of a 4 star hotel and MICE shares its facilities with the design theme "Green Architecture", located on Jl. Hospital Fatamawati Raya No. 1, Cipete Raya - South Jakarta, with an area of 4.1 hectares has potential as an early development of the concept of TOD (Transit Oriented Development) and difficulties in utilization in the city of Jakarta. Keywords: TOD (Transit Oriented Development), MICE, 4-star Hotels and Green Architecture Di Indonesia khususnya pada wilayah Kota Jakarta tidak lepas dari masalsah transportasi, yang ditimbulkan karena guna lahan yang tidak diiringi dengan aksesbilitas yang baik. Sehingga jumlah pergerakan masyarakat dalam menggunakan transportasi yang mayoritas adalah pengguna transportasi pribadi semakin meningkat. Salah satu mengatasi permasalahan adalah adanya pembangunan yang menerapkan konsep Mixed-Use building dengan pendekatan TOD, berupa MRT di Hotel Bintang 4 yang ada akan menjadi penunjang bagi masyarakat sebagai bangunan hunian dan berbagai event besar. Perancangan Akhir ini adalah Pembangunan Hotel Bintang 4 dan MICE beserta fasilitasnya dengan tema rancangan “Green Architecture”, berlokasi di Jl. RS. Fatamawati Raya No. 1, Cipete Raya - Jakarta Selatan, dengan luas lahan mencapai 4,1 hektar ini memiliki potensi sebagai salah pengembangan awal konsep TOD (Transit Oriented Development) dan mengatasi permasalahan di Kota Jakarta.
