Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). In this study the authors used simple random sampling technique, using Slovin formula. Based on a population of 118, the sample was 91 employees. This research was conducted quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis methods by testing the statistical test hypothesis t. The results showed that OCB was influenced by variables of Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation and Work Environment variables partially. And also Job satisfaction, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on OCB at the Bina Insani STMIK Academy. This means that the higher job satisfaction and increased work motivation and the more comfortable the work environment, the higher the OCB of employees towards these high schools. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Berdasarkan populasi yang berjumlah 118, maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menguji hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OCB dipengaruhi oleh variabel Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan variabel Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial. Dan juga Kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB di STMIK-Akademi Bina Insani. Artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja dan meningkatnya motivasi kerja serta semakin nyaman lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi OCB karyawan terhadap sekolah tinggi tersebut. Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
