Abstract
Firm value is one of several indicators of how good the company is in the eyes of investors. The value of the company reflects the return on investment from confidence will increase to make investments. So, the rate of return will be up. The aim of this study is to empirically test the influence of financial performance and good corporate governance on the value of the company. The researcher uses panel data for this study. The populations in this study were all Food and Beverage companies who listed on IDX. The result of purposive sampling is found 15 companies with a positive ROE in a row from the period 2017-2020. This study is testing with multiple analysis techniques with the help of the E-Views application. The results of this tests are shows hypothesis testing simultaneously. it can be concluded that the variables of capital structure (capital structure), asset growth (asset growth), dividend policy (dividend policy), profitability (profitability), effectiveness (effectively), liquidity (liquidity), and GCG (good corporate governance), simultaneously have a significant effect on the company's value (firm value) in Food And Beverage. Keywords: Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance, Firm Value, Food and Beverage, ROE, and Data Panel Nilai Perusahaan merupakan salah satu dari beberapa indikator seberapa baik perusahaan di mata investor. Nilai perusahaan mencerminkan tingkat pengembalian investasi dari investor. Semakin tinggi nilai perusahaan maka semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan investor untuk melakukan investasi, semakin tinggi pula tingkat pengembalian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menguji secara empiris pengaruh dari kinerja keuangan dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di BEI. Dari hasil purposive sampling di temukan 15 perusahaan yang secara berturut-turut dengan ROE yang positif dari periode 2017-2020. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis data panel dengan aplikasi E-Views. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel struktur modal (capital structure), pertumbuhan asset (asset growth), kebijakan dividen (dividend policy), profitabilitas (profitability), efektivitas (effectivity), likuiditas (liquidity), dan GCG (good corporate governance), secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (firm value) pada Food And Beverage.
