Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Distributive Justice and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at PT Heriromadiali. The subjects in this study were employees of PT Heriromadiali. The sample used in this study was 90 respondents. The sampling method is done by convenience sampling method. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Distributive Justice has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keyword: Transformational Leadership, Distributive Justice, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Keadilan Distributif dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada PT Heriromadiali. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Heriromadiali. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Keadilan Distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Keadilan Distributif, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention
