Abstract
This study is to determine the effect of work stress, organizational commitment and organizational environment on turnover intention at Avisena Maternity Hospital in Jakarta. The object of this study were employees at the Avisena Maternity Hospital in Jakarta. The number of respondents in this study was 59 respondents with a quantitative descriptive approach. The method used in this research is the census method by distributing questionnaires to 59 employees. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS), by testing the outer model, the Inner model with a significant level of 0.05 (5%) = 1.96. The results showed that the variables of work stress, organizational commitment and organizational environment were positive and significant towards turnover Intention. Key words: work stress, organizational commitment, organizational environment, turnover intention, Avisena maternity hospital Jakarta. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan organisasi terhadap turnover intention Rumah Sakit Bersalin Avisena Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Rumah Sakit Bersalin Avisena Jakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 59 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode sensus dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 59 karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS), dengan menguji outer model, Inner model dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 (5%) =1,96. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan organisasi bersifat positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover Intention. Kata kunci : stres kerja, komitmen organisasi, lingkungan organisasi, turnover intention, rumah sakit bersalin Avisena Jakarta.
