Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Simpang Bersinyal (Studi Kasus Simpang Tiga Tol Barat Jl. Jend Ahmad Yani, Kota Bekasi), Nama : Meitra Ayu Candra Rukmana, NIM : 41116320023, Dosen Pembimbing : Muhammad Isradi, S.T., M.T., 2018. Simpang bersinyal Tol Barat JL. Jend. A. Yani merupakan simpang yang sering mengalami kemacetan. Simpang tersebut merupakan simpang yang sangat padat pada saat jam sibuk, karena merupakan jalan utama dengan akses menuju pusat komersil, pendidikan dan perkantoran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kinerja simpang Tol Barat dalam kondisi eksisting serta memberikan alternatif solusi pemecahan masalah yang timbul pada simpang Tol Barat. Pengambilan data didasarkan pada data primer dan data sekunder dan metode yang digunakan pada analisa kinerja simpang ini adalah Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada simpang Tol barat dapat diketahui bahwa arus kendaraan pada pukul 16.15-17.15 WIB terjadi sebesar 14.235 smp/jam, kapasitas pada pendekat Utara sebesar 2.960 smp/jam, pendekat Selatan 4.448 smp/jam, dan pendekat Barat 7.831 smp/jam. Derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,93, untuk kendaraan terhenti rata-rata 0,89 stop/smp, selain itu juga terjadi tundaan rata-rata 68,37 smp/det. Sedangkan menurut MKJI 1997 derajat kejenuhan harus <0,85. yang berarti bahwa simpang Simpang Tol Barat Jl. Jend. A. Yani - Bekasi termasuk dalam tingkat pelayanan F, menunjukan tingkat pelayanan terburuk pada kondisi lalu lintas puncak. Maka diperlukan evaluasi Kinerja. Yani is an intersection that often experience congestion. The intersection is a very crowded during peak hours, as it is the main road with access to commercial centers, education and offices. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of Tol Barat intersections in existing conditions and provide alternative solutions to problems arising at the intersection. The datas retrieval is based on primary and secondary data and the method used in this cross-sectional analysis is the Indonesia Road Capacity Manual 1997. Based on the results of the research on the intersection in Tol Barat can be seen that the flow of vehicles at 16:15 to 17:15 pm occurred for 14.235 smp hour, the capacity on the northern approaches is 2.960 pcu/hour, Southern approaches is 4.448 pcu/hour, and Western approach is 7.831 pcu/hour. The degree of saturation is 0.93, for vehicles stalled an average is 0.89 stop / smp, in addition there was also an average delay is 68.37 smp/sec. Meanwhile, according to MKJI 1997 degree of saturation should be <0.85. which means that the intersection of Simpang Tol Barat Jl. Jend. A. Yani - Bekasi is included in the F service level, indicating the worst level of service in peak traffic conditions. Performance evaluation is required.
