Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Dan Ruas Jalan Dengan Metode MKJI di Simpang Sumir (Jalan Raya Hankam) Kota Bekasi. Nama : Teguh Maulana, NIM : 41116320019, Dosen Pembimbing : Muhammad Isradi ST, MT, 2018. Simpang tak bersinyal dan ruas jalan ini terletak pada Jalan Raya Hankam, Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja simpang Sumir dan ruas jalan Raya Hankam saat ini, di ukur berdasarkan kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, kecepatan, dan tingkat pelayanan (Level of Services). Data yang diperlukan dalam proses analisis kinerja simpang tak bersinyal dan ruas jalan adalah data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, data hambatan samping, data hasil survey lalu lintas pada jam – jam sibuk (rush hour) yang di anggap dapat mewakili dengan metode survey perhitungan arus lalu-lintas yang dibantu kamera untuk merekam menjadi video. Serta data sekunder berupa peta lokasi dan jumlah penduduk. Dan menggunakan prosedur analisis ruas jalan perkotaan dan simpang tak bersinyal yang mengacu pada (MKJI 1997). Dari hasil survey dilapangan dan hasil perhitungan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka di dapat hasil kinerja ruas jalan Raya Hankam arah selatan, volume lalu lintas tertinggi pada hari selasa pukul 17.30-18.30 WIB dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0,98 termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan E. Sedangkan untuk arah utara, volume lalu lintas tertinggi pada hari kamis pukul 17.45-18.45 WIB dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,63 termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan C. Volume lalu lintas tertinggi pada simpang Sumir pada hari selasa pukul 17.30-18.30 WIB dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan 0,85 termasuk pada tingkat pelayanan E. Alternatif yang dilakukan untuk kinerja ruas jalan yaitu dengan mengubah nilai hambatan samping. Alternatif pada simpang dilakukan tiga cara, mengubah hambatan samping, kemudian melarang lurus dan belok kanan jalur minor C dan A. This study aims to determine the current performance of the Sumir intersections and Jalan Raya Hankam, measured by capacity, degree of saturation, speed, and level of service (Level of Services). The data needed in the process of analyzing the performance of unsignalized intersections and road segments is primary data in the form of road geometric data, side barriers data, traffic survey results data during rush hours which are considered to represent the current calculation survey method. camera-assisted traffic to record into video. As well as secondary data in the form of a map of location and population. And using the procedure for urban road analysis and unsignalized intersections that refer to (MKJI 1997). From the survey results in the field and the results of the calculation of the data analysis that has been carried out, then the results of the performance of the South Jalan Raya Hankam, the highest traffic volume on Tuesday at 17.30-18.30 WIB with a degree of saturation (DS) of 0.98 level of service E. While for the north, the highest traffic volume on Thursday at 17.45-18.45 WIB with a degree of saturation of 0.63 including the level of service C. The highest traffic volume is at the Sumir intersection on Tuesday at 17.30-18.30 WIB with a degree of saturation of 0.85 including at the service level E. The alternative for road performance is by changing the value of the side resistance. Alternatives at the intersection are carried out in three ways, changing the side barriers, then prohibiting the right and right turn of the minor paths C and A.
